Instruction of use:

• Open all hook fasteners and slider foot into the stabilizer.
• Loop the top strap through the buckle, pull and secure it.
• Pull strap on the left side of the foot up and across, attaching the hook fastener to the opposite side of the ankle.
• Follow same directions for remaining strap, adjust both straps until fit around the bottom of foot feels firm, yet comfortable. 

Washing instructions:

• Wash by hand only (not in the washing machine)
• It can be washed with mild soap at 30° C (86 ° F) or less.
