Ingredients & Composition

• Valerian (4:1) extract (Valeriana officinalis, root) 50 mg equivalent to 200 mg raw herb, Catnip (Nepeta cataria, plant) 20 mg, Hops (4:1) extract (Humulus lupulus, strobiles) 25 mg equivalent to 100 mg raw herb, Passionflower (4:1) extract (Passiflora incarnata, flower) 25 mg equivalent to 100 mg raw herb.
• Also Contains Cellulose, dicalcium phosphate, vegetable magnesium stearate, silica, water-soluble cellulose.

Usage Instructions

• Adults: Take 2-3 capsules before going to bed or as needed. Store below 25°C, away from children.
